Artist Bio Susan Gosevitz, OSA, SCA. Susan Gosevitz is an award winning artist and a painter of nature. She is an elected member of the Ontario Society of Artists (OSA) and the Society of Canadian Artists (SCA). She is a graduate of the Toronto School of Art and a former student of Robert Bateman. She has studied at the Haliburton School of Art and has exhibited across Canada including the McMichael Gallery in Kleinberg. Susan’s paintings are serene and calm capturing the natural beauty of Muskoka. Susan is a member of The Tobin Island Artists, recipients of the 2012 Robert Bateman Award who have published four books; Chucky the Lonely Inukshk 2009, Larry the Loon 2011, Under Your Nose 2015 and On The Reef 2016 by Judith and Shandley McMurray. These children’s books deliver important conservation messages for children and adults alike. Original paintings in oils and acrylics can be found in public and private collections.
